THE OUTSIDE
Villa Pinea is a modern, high-quality holiday home with pool, roof terrace, and outdoor kitchen. The huge garden was newly planted and unfolds a Mediterranean flair with olive trees, palms, citrus fruits, fresh herbs and cypresses. THE HOUSE
The two-storey house impresses with its views from all rooms. The large open living and dining area with a modern high quality kitchen forms the heart of the house and allows the most spectacular panoramic view. Villa Pinea comes with three bedrooms overlooking the sea, each equipped with a kingsize bed, air-condition and on-suite bathroom.

THE ISLAND
Lefkada is a "green" Greek island. It attracts water sports in summer and is an El Dorado for windsurfers in the south and kite-surfers in the northwest of the island. The lonian Sea is a very beautiful sailing area suitable for families. Throughout the seasons, the island invites you to go hiking and cycling, and the mountains offer a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the offshore islands.
